Important Custom Order Details
Processing Time: Depending on supply availability and order volume, custom orders require a minimum of 5–10 business days to complete. You will be contacted if there are any limitations or delays.
Eligible Products: Custom orders are available for our standard 8oz candles and wax melt bars only. Fragrance choices may be limited at the time of order.
Exclusions: Custom orders cannot be made for Special or Limited Edition products. Special Edition Fragrances may be available
Final Sale: All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Order Fulfillment: If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
